INTRODUCTION TO KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP
Sunday, February 19th, 1:00-3:00pm at FUNSTRENGTH GYM
If you are brand new to kettlebells or if you want to improve your technique, please join us for a 2 hour workshop where we will go over the 4 basic kettlebell exercises. This workshop will provide you with the basic knowledge and safety aspects allowing you to safely jump into any one of the FUNSTRENGTH GYM classes. You will learn:
- Swing
- Clean
- Deadlift
- Snatch

- Functional rehab strategies
- Kettlebells for group fitness
- Integration with other training/rehab methods
* This class is limited to trainers, physical therapists, physicians, coaches, and other fitness and health professionals (at least a basic knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and fitness principles is required) who will be teaching others how to use Kettlebells
