Chocolate peanut butter protein bars
12 scoops of chocolate protein
1 cup finely chopped almonds
1 cup finely chopped pecans
2/3 cup flax seed meal
4 tablespoons coco ( optional)
1 cup peanut butter ( natural peanut butter)
1/2 cup egg whites
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup chocolate chips ( optional)
mix dry ingred. first
add peanut butter - egg whites-water
add enough water to moisten but not to wet.
place in a lined 8x10 pan-
foil or parchment paper works great
bake 350
for only 6 to 8 min. depending on your oven
DO NOT OVER COOK
they will be similar to a no bake cookie.
