- FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH EXPLOSION! Come train with Bob during a 6 week exercise class using kettlebells, bands, balls, clubs, ropes, bodyweight exercises, and anything else we can get our hands on! Lose weight, build strength, increase endurance and flexibility like never before.
Classes ongoing, with new sessions beginning:
- Saturdays at 9:00 am starting MARCH 27th in WALLED LAKE - Walled Lake Sports Academy
- Sundays at 8:30 and 9:30 am starting MARCH 14th in NOVI - *Pre-registration required*
- Wednesdays at 6:00 pm starting MARCH 3rd in TROY - Krav Maga Detroit
- Mondays at 6:30 pm starting MARCH 1st in WEST BLOOMFIELD, taught by Eric Budai

 - KETTLEBELL EXPLOSION! Join Johanna, one of the top kettlebell women in Michigan, for this class which focuses primarily on kettlebells to reach amazing levels of fitness.
- Tuesdays at 6:30 pm starting FEBRUARY 16th in LIVONIA - Wateman Fitness Equipment

INTEGRATED KETTLEBELL TRAINING FOR FITNESS & HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
This class is limited to trainers, physical therapists, physicians, coaches, and other fitness and health professionals (at least a basic knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and fitness principles is required) who will be teaching others how to use kettlebells

What will be covered:
- Foundational and advanced kettlebell techniques
- Proper teaching methods
- Evaluation and corrective techniques
- Differences between common kettlebell philosophies/methods
- Program design
- Functional rehab strategies
