- FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH EXPLOSION
This is the core of Functional Strength Training - utilizing various tools , including kettlebells, TRX/rings, ropes, clubbells, bodyweight, bands, balls, sandbags, odd objects (kegs, tires, atlas stones, etc); as well as all the typical items (barbells, dumbbells, etc) – we combine the tools along with various methods, including martial arts, Olympic and power lifting, corrective/recovery techniques, and others to provide a truly functional experience, while starting with keeping it FUN. This is a culmination of many years of experience combined with the educational background to give one of the most unique and effective workout experiences you can have.

- KETTLEBELL EXPLOSION
One of our most popular programs, kettlebells are one of the hottest fitness tools of the last 5 years. FST instructors have not only received some of highest qualifications to use kettlebells, but are also some of the first and most experienced certified instructors in Michigan. Having taught hundreds of clients, FST is sought out to teach kettlebells for general fitness, as well as to high level athletes, police/SWAT and fire personnel, and experienced fitness professionals – including personal trainers and group fitness instructors for various companies. Kettlebells have truly proven to be a tool that does it all!

- COMBAT FITNESS
You don’t have to be a fighter to train like one. Learn what makes combat athletes among the fittest on the planet. This is not a karate class, but an intense fitness workout with a martial arts flair – you don’t need to know how to punch, kick, or grapple – just show up!

- SPORTS STRENGTH
For everyone from the weekend warrior, to the seasoned athlete, this class will prepare you to avoid injuries and increase performance in whatever activity you choose. Don’t play a sport – no problem! Training like an athlete is the key to ultimate fitness.

- FIT OVER 50
Focused on strength in knees, hips, and shoulder joints. This class includes a variety of techniques including strength and circuit type training, utilizing exercises that work on balance, stability, mobility, and flexibility designed for the “maturing” (or just feels like it!) body.

- TACFIT
Created as a signature “cascade of power and flow”. Tacfit uses your own bodyweight as well as primal tools to:
- build functional power, stamina, and agility
- improve basic body alignment and biomechanical efficiency
- develop ALL GO not “show” muscle as well as overall athleticism
Being more prepared than the challenges you face is the primary focus of this high intensity program designed for performance based professionals (police, fire, military), athletes, fighters, and other “hard core” individuals looking to systematically push their fitness to new levels.

- CORE CIRCUIT
Core Circuit is an intense 45 minute class utilizing a variety of resistance equipment and body weight to strengthen the muscles that stabilize your body. This fast-paced circuit style conditioning is perfect for all fitness levels and targets all the muscles of your abs, focuses on posture, works the upper and lower back, hips, butt, inner and outer thighs and hamstrings.

INTEGRATED KETTLEBELL TRAINING FOR FITNESS & HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
This class is limited to trainers, physical therapists, physicians, coaches, and other fitness and health professionals (at least a basic knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and fitness principles is required) who will be teaching others how to use kettlebells
