- Functional Strength Explosion! A 6 week exercise class using kettlebells, bands, balls, ropes, bodyweight exercises, and anything else we can get our hands on! Lose weight, build strength, increase endurance and flexibility like never before.

- Kettlebells 101. Join Johanna, one of the top kettlebell women in Michigan, for this class which focuses primarily on kettlebells to reach amazing levels of fitness. New classes begin JULY 15th
