John Else

John brings his experience as an NASM certified personal trainer to Functional Strength Training, as well as his personal interest/experience in various sports - including soccer, yoga, tai chi, track and field, and gymnastics. John has demonstrated a "student first" mindset with his training - always looking to learn and improve on his current skills and knowledge base, which has allowed him to achieve his skills in gymnastics strength - including performing effortless muscle-ups and the like.
